I did check with a doctor during my initial days, and the wellness doctor in ampang puteri said - a healthy losing weight per month is about 4-5kg only. More than that - then it's not healthy. HOW? i've shared my experience here, see what you think useful to you, and just do it! My advice - put 'healthy' a priority in your life - think of what you eat, and do every other day.
